Plan Use and Return Policy

Please order paper plans carefully as plans can NOT be refunded, returned or exchanged.

While every effort is made to make our plans as appropriate as possible to most building situations, only you in consultation with a local building professional can determine the applicability of our plans or advice.

Construction plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund. This is the same restriction all stock plan companies have. This is because the product (the design) is the information on the plans. Much like software, you are licensing intellectual property when you use stock plans. Unlike other plan companies, Planhelp plans are licensed more openly and can be freely modified. You can copy as many sets as needed to construct your project. Plans and any copies are for your use only and are not to be sold to others without written permission.

PlanHelp.com and any of the members of the PlanHelp site who might have helped develop information or plans are not liable for direct or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the use of services, advice obtained from the forum, downloaded details or any construction plans or other advice or information received from PlanHelp.com.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and compliance with applicable statute(s), code(s) or regulation(s) and to determine the fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received from PlanHelp.com. In the event that any liability is imposed on PlanHelp.com, PlanHelp.com's liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the price paid for the PlanHelp.com plans.
