PlanHelp is a subscription website where home owners come to find tools to customize a house plan or detail their home building project.

Many of our members come over from our CountryPlans website where we have home plans that are simple to build & modify and a very active free forum. The Planhelp discussion forum is more focused on design and construction details rather than building. We want to help you design the best house for your needs no matter who will build it.

Most people find the PlanHelp Download Library to be the most valuable part of the site. (This link is right under the blue Department box on the left.)

Try our downloadable Site Tools as a starting point to evaluate your property or preplan your house. Then, you may wish to add new ideas to a set of plans you are working with by using some of our plan details. These details can be added to any set of house plans not only the ones from CountryPlans.

Now, perhaps you find one of the CountryPlans stock plans comes close to meeting your needs, but you need to make some changes. With the proper software on your computer and our floor plan templates you may be able to customize the plan to better fit your needs.
